Mr. Villante is Chairman of Villante Capital Partners, LLC (”VCP”), a Santa Monica, CA-based private equity and real estate investing firm he formed in 1997 in which he manages over $100 million. He has purchased several private companies and has provided capital to RentPayment. Mr. Villante’s experience owning apartment buildings has helped RentPayment in understanding the payment needs of property managers.

Mr. Villante was formerly a Partner at The Seidler Company (”TSC”), a leveraged buyout firm in Los Angeles. He has invested in and led buyouts in several industries including manufacturing, retail, Internet consulting and e-commerce. Prior to TSC, he was with S.G. Warburg’s Investment Banking Division, TLC Capital Partners and William E. Simon & Sons. He is a graduate of Princeton University.

Co-Chairman & Co-Founder - Mr Golis founded RentPayment.com, Inc. (the original online rent payment service) in 1999. In 2001, RentPayment began a collaboration with YapStone and was then acquired by YapStone in 2003. In his current role as Co-Chairman, Matt advises YapStone on strategic initiatives and corporate strategy. Prior to YapStone, Matt founded Internet Commerce Associates (ICA), an Internet consultancy that implemented business e-commerce applications for Netscape Communications (AOL) where his clients included many Fortune 500 companies. With over 15 years in the payments industry, Matt is a highly regarded thought leader on credit card and electronic payments.

Matt is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Brian Webber is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Webber joined UBS Investment Bank in 2001 and was most recently Managing Director and Global Head of Technology Investment Banking. Prior to joining UBS he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and was the Head of Business and Technology Services Investment Banking. Mr. Webber previously worked in car product development at Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Webber is active in the community and is an Advisory Board member of the Vision Center at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. Mr. Webber holds a B.A. from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Sameer joined Accel in 2008 and focuses on consumer Internet, software, and services investments. He is responsible for investments in Bonobos, Collective, Dropbox, Dropcam, Hailo, Flipkart, Opower, Quidsi (parent of diapers.com and soap.com; acquired by Amazon.com), Sonatype, Spotify, StumbleUpon, and Yapstone. Prior to joining Accel, Sameer was a Partner with Sequoia Capital, where he led investments such as Barracuda Networks, Dropbox, eHarmony, Gracenote (acquired by Sony), Sourcefire (NASDAQ: FIRE), and Trulia.

Sameer is a former President of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists. He has been named to the Forbes Midas List for Top Tech Investors. Sameer has a BSEE and MSEE from M.I.T. and an MBA from Stanford.
